Short version: TalkProp does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Your script stays on your Mac.
The text you enter in the editor is saved locally to your Mac's user defaults so it persists between launches. It never leaves your device. There is no account, no login, no cloud sync, and no analytics.
The Mac App Store version of TalkProp makes no network connections of its own. Software updates are delivered by the App Store itself, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
The direct-download version of TalkProp (distributed from this site) checks bendansby.com for new releases through the Sparkle update framework. Those checks send only the standard HTTP user agent — no identifying information.
None. TalkProp has no third-party SDKs, no advertising, no telemetry.
TalkProp does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
