Set a comfortable speed

The rate slider goes very slow to moderate — no hidden gears past the edge of the bar. Hit play; words roll at your pace.

Scrub anywhere with your fingers

Two-finger scroll on the rolling page to push the script up or pull it back. Lift off and it resumes at your set speed — like a jog wheel for your script.

Or let it follow your voice

Switch to Follow and the script keeps pace with you as you read, holding still while you pause. Speech is recognized on your device — nothing is recorded or sent anywhere. On Mac, iPhone and iPad.

Vertical or one-line ticker. One click flips between a multi-line scroll and a horizontal one-line ticker that runs up to three times faster. With the controls detached, the prompter window shrinks to a single line and restores its size when you flip back.
Mirror mode for teleprompter glass. Flip the rolling text horizontally, vertically, or both for a beam-splitter rig.
A countdown before you roll. An optional 3, 5 or 10 seconds to find your first line — Space skips it, Esc calls it off.
Write here, read there. Write or import your script in a plain edit window, then Start Run and the prompter takes its place, with every control in a sidebar beside it. Exit Run and you’re back in the editor.
Detach the controls. Float them in their own panel and put them on your laptop while the prompter goes full screen on another display, or behind the camera. Dock them again with one click.
Dark where it counts. The run window and its controls stay dark in light mode too, so nothing glares in a dim room or on camera.
Real-time text resizing. Drag the size slider and the rolling text resizes live as you drag. No awkward jumps after release.
Honors your scrolling preference. Whether you have macOS Natural Scrolling on or off, the scrub feels like the script is being moved by your fingers directly.
Stops at the end. Rolling pauses when the last line reaches the reading line, and scrolling can’t carry the text off into black. Press Play to start again from the top.
Keyboard everywhere. Space to play and pause, ⌥⌘V to follow your voice, ⌘⌥← to rewind, ⌘O to flip orientation, ⌘E to start and exit a run, ⇧⌘D to detach the controls, ⌘+ and ⌘- for size.
