RoboShop app icon

QR codes worth looking at.

RoboShop makes QR codes for links, Wi‑Fi, contacts and six other kinds of thing — then lets you style them, drop your logo in the middle, and export files sharp enough for a billboard. On the Mac now, with iPhone and iPad to follow.

Or pick it up along with over twenty other apps — RoboShop is included in my bundles.

Eight kinds of code

Fill in the fields and RoboShop writes the payload a scanner actually expects — a Wi‑Fi join, a vCard, a prefilled email, a map pin. Not just a URL with extra steps.

Style it properly

Square, rounded, dot or diamond modules. Four corner shapes. A gradient at any angle, a transparent background, and a quiet zone you control.

Your logo in the middle

Drop an image into the center and size it to taste. RoboShop warns you the moment it covers more than the error correction can spare — before you print a code nobody can scan.

Vector that's really vector

PNG for chat and slides; SVG and PDF for print. Codes are built from the module grid rather than traced from a bitmap, so the vectors are real paths at any size.

Save the look, reuse it

Name a set of colors, shapes and settings as a style, then apply it to any other code in a click. Your brand stops being something you rebuild by hand each time.

A searchable library

Every code you save stays a live document you can come back to and edit, searchable by name or by what it encodes. It syncs over iCloud, ready for the iPhone and iPad app when it lands.

On iPhone and iPad next.

RoboShop is one app built for Mac, iPhone and iPad — the same eight code types, the same styling, the same real vector export, sized for a touchscreen. The Mac version is out now; the iPhone and iPad version isn’t on the store yet.

Your library already syncs over iCloud, so every code you save today will be waiting there the day it lands.
